- Location is used only in connection with delivery‑related functionality.
- You can control location access through your device's system settings; however, disabling location may limit features such as address detection, nearby search, and live tracking.
- Delivery riders' location is shared with the customer and the platform only while an order is active, to enable tracking and successful delivery.
4. Payment Information
Payments on GoChop are processed securely through trusted third‑party payment providers. We do not store your full card or banking details on our own servers. When you make a payment:
- Your payment details are transmitted directly to the payment provider over encrypted connections.
- We receive only the information necessary to confirm and reconcile your transaction (for example, a payment reference, status, and amount).
- The handling of your payment data by these providers is governed by their own privacy policies and applicable payment‑industry security standards.
5. Cookies and Analytics
